Participant Accident Policy

The safety and well-being of our participants are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have implemented the following Participant Accident Policy for our inflatable airbag activities:

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our inflatable airbag activity, all participants acknowledge and accept that this activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Participants willingly assume these risks by choosing to participate.

2. Safety Requirements

  • Helmet and Protective Gear: All participants must wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear, including knee and elbow pads, while using the inflatable airbag.
  • Supervision: The activity will be supervised by trained staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

Before participating, all participants (or their guardians if under 18) must sign a waiver and release of liability form. This form acknowledges the risks involved and releases Twin Cities Fantasy Factory, LLC from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the activity.

4. Medical Insurance

Participants are encouraged to have their own medical insurance coverage. Twin Cities Fantasy Factory, LLC does not provide personal medical insurance for participants.

5. Accident Response
