Safety Guidelines

Your safety, and the safety of the event, and all attendees is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in making this a success.

  1. Helmet Requirement: All participants, regardless of age, must wear a properly fitting helmet while riding equipment. Helmets are essential for protecting against head injuries during falls or collisions.
  2. Safety Check: Before starting the course, all equipment will undergo a thorough safety inspection by our team. Any equipment found to have mechanical issues will not be allowed to be used until they are fixed and deemed safe for use.
  3. Proper Attire: Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothing that does not impede movement while using all equipment. Loose or dangling accessories should be removed to avoid getting caught in any moving parts.
  4. Course Etiquette: Participants must adhere to the designated course layout and follow instructions provided by event team. Reckless or dangerous behavior, such as cutting across lanes or attempting stunts beyond one’s reasonable skill level, is strictly prohibited.
  5. Supervision: Children under a certain age (as determined by event organizers) must be accompanied by a responsible adult while participating in this experience. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring they follow safety guidelines.
  6. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, event team will be readily available to assist participants. First aid kits and trained personnel will be on-site to handle minor injuries, along with emergency contact information.
  7. Weather Considerations: The event may be postponed or canceled in the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures. Participants will be notified of any schedule changes for their safety.
  8. Personal Responsibility: While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants are responsible for their own actions and well-being during the event.

By following these safety guidelines, we aim to create a fun and secure environment for all participants.
